Terms of Service

LinkSupply (LinkSupply by Linkwise) provides sourcing, verification and coordination services to help businesses in Africa purchase products from suppliers in China. We are not a manufacturer, reseller or trading company unless explicitly stated in a written agreement for a specific order.

Submitting a sourcing request does not create a purchase obligation on either side. Paid services — including supplier verification, sample coordination, quality inspection and logistics coordination — are scoped and agreed with you before work begins.

Final purchase decisions, payment to suppliers, and acceptance of goods remain your responsibility. We help you reduce risk through verification and inspection, but we do not guarantee the commercial outcome of any transaction with a third-party supplier.

Inspection, quality control, freight forwarding and customs clearance are, unless otherwise agreed, executed by independent third-party partners. We coordinate this work on your behalf but are not the underlying service provider for those functions.

We may update these terms as our services evolve. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
